Position Summary:The primary focus of this position will be driving business development efforts for Valve Actuation & Controls (VAC), Pressure Safety Management, Control and Critical isolation Valves and associated Aftermarket and Life Cycle Services. The successful candidate will coordinate comprehensive service solutions, from identifying initial opportunities to ongoing maintenance and repair needs, working collaboratively with internal teams and manufacturer principles to achieve growth targets. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Conduct outbound calls for targeted campaigns; generate new leads through service engagements, networking, and relationship building; plan and execute weekly meaningful selling activities; and conduct field visits and strategic account meetings.Customer Engagement & Support: Conduct customer training and product/service demonstrations (virtual and in-person); work towards executive-level selling at strategic accounts; and pursue Master Service Agreements with product enhancements and comprehensive service coverage.Collaboration & Strategy: Coordinate with Business Development Analysts, Sales Operations, Alliance Partners and Marketing to create compelling propositions and campaign lists; collaborate with Product and Service Experts and manufacturer principles on sales planning and growth strategies; and assist with campaign idea generation and collateral creation.Technical Expertise: Work towards developing technical expertise in related fields, including repair and maintenance protocols; and leverage experience to assist with interpreting and influencing engineering specifications. Experience selling industrial equipment and sizing/selecting Pressure Relief Devices and/or Valve Actuation and Control Devices is a plus.Skills: Able to interpret bid specifications and influence engineering specifications.
