Base Wage: $21.70/hour shift differential full benefits paid training!
Shift Differential And Hours
2nd Shift: $1.50/hour shift differential - Monday through Friday 3PM to 11:30PM
3rd Shift: $2.00/hour shift differential - Sunday through Thursday 11PM to 7:30AM

What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and removing molds for production runs (don’t worry — we’ll show you how!)
- Cleaning and prepping machines to keep operations smooth
- Starting up equipment and making sure parts look great and run efficiently
- Teaming up with operators, sharing guidance, and even stepping in when needed
- Keeping an eye on part quality, solving problems on the fly, and hitting production goals
- Staying safe and locked in (yes, we teach lockout/tagout!)
- Growing your skills every day and having fun doing it!
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic math and blueprint-reading skills
- Willingness to learn ERP systems (we use IQMS)
- Safe and steady hands (you’ll be using cranes and stacking systems)
- Someone who works hard and plays well with others!
- You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and staying active
- Sometimes you’ll work near machines or outdoors—nothing too wild, just enough to keep it interesting
