Summary
The Project Manager will work directly under the Project Executive. Candidate shall have knowledge of commercial building projects. Duties will include assisting in estimating, project financial oversight, project documentation, coordination/scheduling of work, interacting with project owners and designers.

Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes
- Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan
- Handle the pay request process
- Monitor project cost reports
- Forecast project projection reports
- Help monitor project labor
- Assist Estimating of projects
- Lead the project's quality process
- Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes
- Assist in managing subcontractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Sciences preferred
- 3 years experience in related field
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
