Summary:

The Payer Enrollment Temp will support the Payer Enrollment team by preparing, merging, and submitting provider applications to third-party payers. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency in handling repetitive tasks, and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Merge, populate, and submit applications to government and commercial payers.
• Assist with enrollment projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain records in databases/spreadsheets with accurate enrollment status notes.
• Follow up on submissions and escalate issues to permanent team members when needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Other duties as assigned to support the enrollment team.

Qualifications/Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to complete repetitive work accurately.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Ability to adapt quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Classification:

Sedentary– Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. A sedentary job involves sitting most of the time.

The salary for this position is $20.00-$23.00 per hour. The range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
