We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Inside Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing team. Position Summary
The Junior Inside Sales Administrator will support the Inside Sales department by learning and executing key sales operations in partnership with a Senior Inside Sales Administrator. This role offers a clear path for growth into an independent Inside Sales Administrator position and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare standard and complex quotations in collaboration with Technical Regional Sales Managers
- Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and quality clauses, seeking guidance when necessary
- Process orders, end-use statements, and perform related data entry tasks
- Utilize Contract Relationship Management (CRM) software extensively
- Serve as a liaison between the Inside Sales team in Bothell, WA and the Logistics team in Blacksburg, VA
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail in writing and editing
- U.S. Person is required due to the nature of the work
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Office Administration (preferred but not required)
- Associate or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment
- Willingness to travel to Bothell, WA, for initial training and occasional follow-up visits
Compensation is competitive based on qualifications and experience. Initial employment will be through a staffing agency selected by VPT, with potential for permanent placement following a probationary period.
