Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Metal Stud and Drywall Foreman for a full-time, on-site position based in Nashua, NH. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of metal stud framing and drywall installation, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and meet company quality standards. Key tasks include supervising construction crews, coordinating with project managers, maintaining worksite safety, managing schedules, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Framing and Carpentry, with a strong ability to lead crews in metal stud and drywall construction
• Experience in Remodeling work to ensure high-quality finishing and detailing
• Background in Commercial Construction, with an understanding of industry standards and site safety regulations
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to efficiently direct and motivate teams on-site
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with project managers and clients
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans, as well as manage timelines and budgets
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
