Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise valet team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered service
- Manage daily valet operations, including staffing schedules, traffic flow, and vehicle logistics
- Ensure safe and efficient vehicle handling and parking procedures at all times
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient and visitor concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety policies, HIPAA awareness, and hospital regulations
- Conduct regular audits of service standards, appearance, and operational efficiency
- Manage incident reporting, including accidents, claims, or service disruptions
- Oversee cash handling procedures (if applicable) and maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Years of Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
Requirements:
- Friendly and Outgoing
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in valet, hospitality, healthcare, or parking operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual transmission preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare environments and patient sensitivity a plus
