Responsibilities:
Educational Requirements: BA in Business Administration or related field preferred
Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years' progressive responsibility in operation in parking, hospitality or a related field

Responsibilities:
- Safety
- Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times.
- If needed - operates vehicles in a safe manner to minimize the potential for accidents.
- Oversees the tracking of keys, and vehicles throughout the garage.
- Service
- Ensures all team members are providing exceptional guest experiences to every guest by smiling at, greeting and helping every guest as they enter the garage.
- Maintains garage organization.
- Appearance
- Adheres daily to VPNE appearance standards
- Enforces correct uniform, shaves, hair, etc. with team members
- Revenue Control
- Develops and maintains a strong revenue control program
- Regularly audits location
- Reviewing DCR’s daily
- Administration
- Staffing: Hours/OT
- Know and understand billing
- Review financials
- VISA Expense Reports for Corporate Card submitted correctly and on time
- Meets all deadlines
- Problem-solving
- Difficult customer
- Conflicts among team members

- Ability to run and move quickly throughout the garage
- Ability to organize cars efficiently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possesses a valid Driver’s License in state of residency.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check when overseeing a valet operation
- Work requires a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Work requires the ability to create relationships with customers.
- Work requires the skill of an organization.
- Work requires employees to be in good condition, allowing them to run throughout the garage.
