Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Property Manager will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws (OSHA, ADA and Fair Housing). Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Property Management: Oversee a significant portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
- Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate the property management staff, promoting career development and team collaboration.
- Financial Oversight: Track budget variances, oversee billing processes, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial reports.
- Tenant Relations: Resolve tenant issues, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to property management policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance projects.
- Reporting: Prepare annual budgets and other documents for property owners, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in real estate property management or related experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of finance, building operations, and property management software.
- Certifications: CPM, RPA, or CSM designation; real estate license preferred.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and developing subordinates.
