OWN THE ASSETS. LEAD THE TEAM. PROTECT THE PORTFOLIO.

At VPG, our Facilities Manager doesn't just keep buildings running — they protect the long-term health, safety, and value of the portfolio. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can run a disciplined maintenance operation, manage budgets and vendors, and keep our properties safe, compliant, and ready for residents.

You'll own the maintenance operating system across your assigned properties: work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, capital projects, and the KPIs that tell us how we're performing. You'll also lead the technicians and vendors who make it happen, setting clear standards and holding the team accountable to them.

If you're the kind of facilities leader who combines technical credibility with strong process, data, and people leadership, let's talk.
