Our Warehouse department is seeking to hire a Will Call Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our Rochester branch.
The schedule for this position would be Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers to fulfill will call orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and help to solve customer order issues.
- Inspect product, quantities, and accuracy for deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy of quantities pulled or stocked locations.
- Take corrective action, as deemed necessary for back order or missing product.
- Ensure product is safely stored to prevent internal damage and properly located for order pulls, physical counts, and inventory control.
- Pull customer orders and ascertain accuracy that product pulled is aligned with customer specifications.
- Maintain working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
- Enforce warehouse rules, keeping warehouse clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of packing and/or stocking of products is required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Willing and able to operate material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time, without stress.
- Flexibility with schedule to ensure daily warehouse duties are completed before end of shift.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to branch location.
- Forklift training preferred, but not required. We provide internal training for all warehouse employees.
- Product knowledge with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical material highly desired.
