Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to assess needs, offer solutions, and quote jobs on the spot
- Earn commission by selling and completing your own small to mid-sized jobs
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex electrical systems, including panels, lighting, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, hot tubs, and EV chargers
- Perform diagnostics and repairs without supervision
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring a smooth experience from sale to final walkthrough
- Upload After Pictures: Capture high-quality, comprehensive photos of finished work
- After-Job Notes: Provide detailed job notes covering any deviations, issues, or recommendations for follow-up
- Work efficiently and with minimal call-backs by delivering high-quality, code-compliant work
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE ELECTRICIAN
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of related experience
- Customer-friendly attitude with the confidence to offer and explain solutions during service calls
- Highly experienced, with a deep understanding of electrical systems and advanced troubleshooting
- Ability to commute to each job location
