Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Charleston, WV. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. Daily tasks include budgeting, revenue management, strategic planning, and implementing marketing initiatives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
