Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience:
- An outgoing, professional personality
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 years of leadership experience in a private dental office with a strong knowledge of the profession and systems.
- Proficient in dental terminology and procedures
- Team player
This lead office administrator position includes such responsibilities as:
- Implements business procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
- Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to office systems.
- Maintains harmony among staff.
- Performs and assists the front desk in performing all administrative duties.
- Assures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and health regulations.
This is a FULL-TIME position. We see patients Monday-Thursday (hours vary). A flexible schedule is available. No Nights or Weekends!
