- Experience in Machine Operation specific to printing machinery
- Proficiency with Quality Control and maintaining consistent production standards
- Strong knowledge of Printing processes and techniques
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolve printing equipment issues
- Understanding of Pre-press processes and preparation for printing tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Previous experience in the printing or publishing industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications or training in printing operations are advantageous
