What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Fulfillment- Customer Service Rep position at VP Demand Creation Services?
Job summary:
This job is a daily client-facing role to help assist our clients and their users for orders on their fulfillment site. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate via email and phone with clients and site users to resolve any questions or issues quickly and courteously. They will strive to form relationships with the client to provide a high level of service and trust. They will work closely with the rest of the client success team and warehouse fulfillment team to ensure orders are process and sent to the warehouse correctly and on time. Experience talking with IT departments is preferred but not required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as a main point of contact during new fulfillment onboarding and daily client management
- Work with clients and site users to fulfill orders and answer questions
- Set-up and maintain client websites (set-up items, users, troubleshoot errors)
- Process daily orders
- Answer client questions via phone and email
- Assist in answering phones and back up the receptionist.
- Other duties as required by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

- Superior time management skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
- Attention to detail
- Frequent computer use at workstation up to 8 hours at a time.
- Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
- Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook'
