What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classic Auto Parts Sales Technical Advisor position at VP Autoparts, Inc?
Online retailer of classic Volvo parts is looking for individual with mechanical knowledge of 1950s – 1990s vehicles. Candidate required to work in both the office and warehouse.
- Knowledge of classic Volvo cars strongly desired.
- Understand or ability to learn to read auto part & system diagrams.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with technical questions.
- Monitor customer inquiries and professionally reply to emails.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Process orders from the web shop, phone, email and in person.
- Provide quotes & shipping estimates.
- Accurately pick parts and securely pack orders.
- Process customer returns.
- Maintain Warehouse 11, quarantined warehouse.
- Assist with loading and unloading containers.
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Word 1 year experience
- Operate hand truck/pallet jack and fork lift, desired.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Full time, 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
