Responsibilities
- Install garage doors, openers, and accessories according to specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of garage door components during installation. . .
- Execute door hanging, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry tasks to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site projects to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in garage door installation or related fields such as construction, remodeling, or maintenance person services.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience with metal stud framing is advantageous.
- Proficiency in caulking and fixture installation is preferred.
