What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor And Employment Attorney position at VOYlegal?
VOYlegal is working with a Chambers-ranked, top New Jersey law firm that is looking to add a Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of law firm experience. The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with experience in Labor & Employment, Commercial, and/or Construction Litigation.
And if you're a strong commercial or construction litigator who has been thinking about making the move into Employment Law, this could be a great opportunity to do just that. The right litigation foundation, strong writing and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in employment law can be just as important.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 2–5 years of law firm litigation experience
• Employment, commercial and/or construction litigation experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to manage cases, meet deadlines and work independently
• A strong work ethic and client-service mindset
NJ and NY Bar admission required. Clerkship experience is a plus, but not required.
