A Brief Overview
The Specialist, Supply Chain Operations, supports the optimization, planning, and execution of supply chain activities across Voyant's network. Responsibilities include managing data processing and accuracy to support effective decision-making, participating in Corporate and Plant Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, performing advanced supply chain data analytics, and collaborating with Plant Operations and Supply Chain Managers to support capacity modeling, network optimization, and other strategic initiatives as assigned.

The Specialist, Supply Chain Operations, supports the optimization, planning, and execution of supply chain activities across Voyant's network. What You Will Do
- Maintain and update capacity planning models and datasets across the network to ensure accurate visibility of supply versus demand.
- Process and validate customer demand forecasts and other related signals, highlighting variances and ensuring data alignment across systems.
- Support PO acceptance and order acknowledgment process, ensuring both material and capacity availability are validated.
- Support the connection between sales forecasts, compounding and filling requirements, and inventory planning to ensure data alignment across systems.

- Assist in a site-level S&OP process that coordinates with the Network S&OP to drive improved visibility, planning, and performance within a site
- Support supply chain activities such as planning, scheduling, and customer order management, providing data and coordination support to sites and corporate teams when issues require escalation.
- Maintain and communicate plant operating calendars, ensuring alignment with scheduled downtime, holidays, and production plans.
- Support data transfers and coordination of production or inventory movements between sites.
- Assist in tracking and reporting supply chain KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and benchmarking initiatives by identifying and addressing data or process inconsistencies.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for various supply chain projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Preferred)
- 1-3 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in supply chain operations in a CPG, beauty, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (Preferred)
- 1-3 years demonstrated success in budget ownership, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Material Resource Planning (MRP), ERP systems, and S&OP integration. (Medium proficiency)
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset (High proficiency)
- Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. (High proficiency)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization. (High proficiency)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. (High proficiency)
