Job Description:
Voyageur Donuts is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented early morning baker to join our team. This role is essential to our daily production and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, fry, and finish donuts daily
- Follow recipes with precision and consistency
- Assist with dough preparation, glazes, fillings, and toppings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Meet daily production goals efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members during early morning shifts
Qualifications:
- Ability to consistently arrive on time for a 4:00 AM shift
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
