Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitize surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly arranged.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, custodial services, or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
