At Voyager, community is our bread and butter! That's why we are always looking to add to our team people who are committed to delivering amazing customer service and serving kick ass coffee! Since opening our first cafe's doors in 2016, we have established a loyal following and become a staple within the community. We hope to find another addition to our amazing team at Voyager Stanford to help us get even better at doing that.

We offer a comprehensive training program, so no need for barista experience. All we ask is that you have a strong desire to learn about coffee and be the best person you can be. We will help you get there with a wide array of growth opportunities as we continue to grow at a rapid pace.

Job responsibilities and requirements

- You have to be good with people! Customers and co-workers alike look forward to seeing you.

- Welcome each person who walks through our doors with open arms

- Bring your skills and experience to our team and offer your creative input on new menu items, events, and ways we can improve

- Commit to perfecting the craft of coffee

- Handle a high volume of customers and deal with stress effectively

- Support our philosophy of kindness and empathy

- Be available weekends and evenings (Cupertino, San Jose, and Santa Clara locations), available at least 3 weekdays for Stanford location

- Be willing and able to make a 1 year commitment

Benefits / Compensation

- Salary: $18.70 per hour plus approximately $9 per hour in tips - equaling an average of $27.70 per hour
