We are an established private practice in the Brownsburg community since 1987, with a steady flow of referrals and numerous referral sources. We provide services to individuals, families, and couples of all ages. We are a growing practice with goals to expand and provide additional services (i.e. groups) to the community. Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking a fully licensed therapist with experience and passion for working with children, adolescents, and families. This role is for clinicians who feel confident in their clinical foundation, enjoy collaboration, and want to be part of a practice that prioritizes ethical care, sustainability, and community impact.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and virtual therapy to children, adolescents, families, and caregivers
- Utilize developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based interventions
- Maintain a full-time caseload of 24 direct service hours per week
- Participate in weekly staffing and consultation meetings
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Collaborate with parents, schools, medical providers, and community partners as clinically indicated
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensure requirements
- Optional involvement in community outreach and practice-based initiatives
What You Bring
- Active, unrestricted licensure in one of the following:
- LMFT
- LCSW
- LMHC
- PsyD / PhD
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
- Commitment to affirming care for LGBTQIA , neurodivergent, BIPOC, and marginalized communities
- Openness to feedback, consultation, and professional growth
Schedule & Work Environment
- Hybrid position (in-person and virtual sessions)
- Day and evening availability required
- Optional weekend availability
- Monday–Friday scheduling
- No on-call hours
