We are a small wealth management, investment advisory team in Miamisburg, OH. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and provide great service to our clients. Responsibilities and pay will increase over time. This is an in-person position.
Initial responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments and data entry. Qualified candidates will be eager to learn, have at least some college education with a bachelors degree strongly preferred.
Responsibilities and Primary Activities:
· Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office.
· Handles incoming telephone calls to screen solicitors and connect clients with their respective advisors.
· Sorts and distributes the mail.
· Sends periodic client correspondence.
· Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork.
· Orders and manages office supplies.
· Copy/Fax/Scan/Bind financial planning documentation.
· Assists in filing of client records.
· Assists in entry and management of client information within Salesforce.
· Sends weekly Market Commentary and other email campaigns.
· Helps maintain clean conference room and kitchen for clients and advisors.
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hours, Compensation and Schedule:
Initial workweek will include 8:30-4pm Monday-Thursday at Voyas office in Miamisburg, OH. Additional hours may be available based upon workload and availability.
Position will be compensated hourly, at an initial rate of $16 per hour determined by experience and expertise.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Excellent attitude and client service orientation
· Superior phone skills-friendly and helpful
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
· Ability to learn or use Salesforce and Mailchimp Software
· Ability to attend work consistently and on time
· Excellent communication skills written and verbal
· Ability to multi-task and handle distractions
