This is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM, for the position of Managing Director. The Managing Director will oversee the company's daily operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring business growth and success. Key responsibilities include driving revenue and profitability, managing and developing high-performance teams, devising scalable systems, and ensuring clients' needs are met with excellence. The role also involves fostering partnerships, staying ahead of industry trends, and continuously optimizing operational processes to align with organizational goals and market demands.

• Experience in B2B services, marketing strategies, and appointment-setting processes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with performance monitoring tools and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in home services industries (roofing, HVAC, solar, etc.) is advantageous
