We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support our growing e-commerce business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product and inventory data, preparing our warehouse management processes for future growth, and assisting with daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys both working with data and being active in warehouse operations.
ResponsibilitiesInventory & Data Management
- Clean and maintain product, SKU, and inventory data
- Audit inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
- Update product information across internal systems
- Assist with barcode and SKU organization
- Standardize product information and warehouse processes
Warehouse Operations
- Pick customer orders accurately
- Pack shipments according to company standards
- Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments
- Receive incoming inventory
- Organize warehouse storage locations
- Assist with inventory counts
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable
Preferred
- Experience with inventory management
- Shopify experience
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
- Basic data analysis skills
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
