Role Description
The Vox Institute Residency provides Residents with a practical experience of vocational ministry through a practicum program wherein Residents work part time for either 10 months or two years. Residents will leave the year having gained clarity in their calling and development in a specific ministry area to which they feel led.
Residents will have a manager that is either a Campus Pastor or Department Head that they will report to throughout the duration of the year. This relationship exists both for personal spiritual development and professional development as they are an experienced ministry expert in their field. Residents will serve on a ministry team where they will receive encouragement, feedback, and a rich community of people on mission together.
