Job Description:
GFiber is seeking an experienced SAP SCM and PLM Onshore Lead to design, develop, implement, and maintain robust and scalable SAP SCM and PLM Systems. This lead role is crucial for delivering end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects, backlog enhancements, upgrades etc. focusing specifically on optimizing their supply chain and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across SAP's SCM modules and Siemens Techno Functional, a proven track record of leading complex project teams
Responsibilities:
● Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain SAP ERP and Siemens PLM solutions, Experience in Vendor EDI Integrations, Onboarding technical support, 3PL Integrations and SFDC boundary systems within the GFiber landscape.
● Collaborate with business analysts and business stakeholders to understand SAP SCM, PLM requirements and translate them into technical designs.
● Serve as the primary Onshore Functional Lead, mentoring onshore/offshore teams.
● 10 years of SAP & PLM consulting experience, with 4 full-cycle SCM & PLM implementations.
● Deep functional expertise in Logistics (LE), Direct Procurement (MM), and Inventory Management, Vendor EDI, 3PL Integrations, Working with SFDC and APIGEE Integrations for Order Fulfillment.
● Hands-on configuration and design authority for EDI integration with external partners.
● Lead integration efforts for 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers with SAP.
● Translate complex business needs into robust, scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
● Own project deliverables, including UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
● Exceptional communication and client-facing skills to lead workshops and strategy sessions.
● Must be based Onshore (MTV- USA) for client interaction and team leadership.
● Onshore Lead for both technical architecture and business process alignment within PLM.
● Deep functional knowledge of PLM domains: Product Structure, BOM Management, Change Management, and SAP Integrations.
● Strong technical expertise in Teamcenter configuration (BMIDE) and development (ITK, C /Java APIs).
● Design and implement complex PLM integration strategies with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., ERP).
● Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications and test cases.
● Manage system upgrades, performance tuning, data migration, and quality assurance processes.
● Mentor junior technical and functional resources and manage delivery timelines
