Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Tempe, AZ
Duration: 6 month CTH
Notes:
2-3 days a week onsite in Tempe, AZ.
Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison between AstreaX and external agencies/partners.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications—especially around APIs, data contracts, and integration patterns.
- Define and document how AstreaX systems must change vs. how partner systems must change to enable seamless integration.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, solution architects, data teams, and third-party vendors.
- Review, validate, and refine API designs, payloads, mappings, and data flows.
- Identify integration risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive resolution.
- Support rapid, iterative projects with shifting priorities and short timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on complex integrations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and discuss technical designs with engineering teams.
- Experience working directly with external vendors or agencies in a technical context.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills—able to “speak engineering” and business fluently.
