Job Title: Agentic Gen AI Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ & Sunrise, FL (Locals Preferred)

Experience: 8 Years

Pay Rate: Only on W2 Contract

Agentic AI Development

• Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool execution.
• Develop single-agent and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.
• Implement agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar platforms.
• Build AI systems that can interact with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools.

Generative AI & LLM Engineering

• Develop and optimize applications leveraging GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other foundation models.
• Design prompt engineering strategies and agent orchestration workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for domain-specific applications.
