Duties

• Assist in planning and executing door-to-door canvassing campaigns to raise awareness and gather support.
• Engage with community members using strong communication skills to explain campaign goals and answer questions.
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote campaigns, solicit donations, or gather feedback from potential supporters.
• Support fundraising efforts through direct outreach and event coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to supervise and motivate new volunteers or interns involved in campaign activities.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, supporter interactions, and campaign progress.
• Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences when necessary.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience or leadership in team settings.
• Strong background in marketing, sales, or customer service environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising campaigns.
• Bilingual proficiency to engage with diverse communities confidently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
