At VOSS, we're seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to help drive business performance across our U.S., Canada, and LATAM operations. This role will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, enhancing decision-making, and supporting our continued growth.
What You'll Do:
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, reporting, and KPI analysis
• Partner with our Commercial and Operations team to drive profitability and performance
• Analyze pricing, trade spend, customer profitability, and operational costs
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence capabilities
• Support strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
• 7–10 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance experience
• Background in non-alcoholic premium Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands, premium water preferred.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance management
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI and ERP systems
• Strong business partnering capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
• Experience with syndicated data sources.
