Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to assess their financial protection needs and recommend insurance solutions that align with their goals and budget.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Deliver exceptional client service by answering questions, educating clients on policy options, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after the enrollment process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure compliance with industry guidelines and company standards, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to applicable privacy regulations when required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and policy reviews to help ensure coverage continues to meet changing needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or relationship-based roles is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a desire to meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Ability to assess clients' needs and recommend solutions that align with their financial goals and priorities.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
