Compound Pharmacist

As a PCAB-accredited pharmacy, we specialize in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), GLP-1 compounds, and other advanced formulations that empower providers and patients alike.

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Compound Pharmacist who’s passionate about patient care, precision, and the art of compounding.

• Oversee the daily compounding of customized medications (non-sterile; sterile experience a plus)
• Verify prescriptions, formulations, and ingredient accuracy to ensure safety and compliance with USP <795> / <797> / <800> standards
• Maintain meticulous documentation, inventory control, and quality assurance logs
• Counsel patients and providers on compounded medications, dosage forms, and safe use
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians in compounding best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to expand and optimize our compounding operations
  

• PharmD (or equivalent) and active Pharmacist License in Maryland
• Compounding experience required (2 years preferred; sterile compounding a plus)
• Thorough understanding of compounding regulations and quality control standards
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-precision environment
  

💰 Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000 per year (based on experience and scope of compounding)
