One of our firm’s clients is seeking a seasoned project leader to partner directly with the CIO and IT leadership team on high-impact enterprise technology initiatives.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply tracks timelines.
It’s for a strategic operator who can bring structure to complexity, align competing priorities, hold multiple workstreams accountable, and communicate confidently with senior executives.
What you’ll lead:
🔹 Enterprise technology implementations and transformation programs
🔹 Project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
🔹 Coordination across IT, business teams, vendors, and consultants
🔹 Program governance, executive reporting, and execution discipline
🔹 Stakeholder workshops, working sessions, and requirements activities
🔹 Vendor performance, accountability, and delivery quality
You could be a strong fit if you bring:
✅ 10 years of IT project or program management experience
✅ A proven record of delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives
✅ Experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments
✅ Confidence partnering with CIOs and senior executive stakeholders
✅ Exceptional communication, judgment, and executive presence
✅ The ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business updates
Experience within a law firm or professional-services environment is highly valued. Exposure to applications, platforms, integrations, process improvement, data, analytics, or AI programs is also a plus.
💰 Anticipated base salary: $160,000–$180,000
