Vortex Fleet Services is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to perform diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance services on commercial fleet vehicles throughout the Jackson area.

Responsibilities
- Perform mobile fleet maintenance and repair services
- Diagnose diesel and gas engine issues
- Complete electrical and mechanical repairs
- Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs
- Perform preventive maintenance services
- Communicate repair findings to customers and service staff
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Operate and maintain service vehicle equipment
Required Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of diesel mechanic experience or technical school training
- Knowledge of DOT compliance standards
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE Certifications
- DOT Certification
- CDL License
