Warehouse Technician

The Warehouse Technician supports warehouse operations through order preparation, inventory management, equipment assembly, and product testing assistance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and flexibility to support various operational needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·       Prep orders for shipping including Labels and Bill of Lading when necessary.

·       Measure, Inspect and label Lining Materials

·       Test New Equipment

·       Assemble Vacuum Pumps

·       Verifying incoming shipments and report to Supervisor any shortages.

·       Responsible for month end inventory count as well as Inventory Spreadsheet.

·       Assist Technical Manager in house demos/testing.

·       Re-package chemicals to smaller containers, using safety precautions described in the SDS sheets.

·       Work in a safe manner at all times by following the company safety policies and procedures.

·       Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties when required.

·       Complete assigned duties.

·       Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.

Education and Experience:

·       GED/High School Diploma.

·       Satisfactorily complete 3 months on-the-job training.

Licensure/Certification:

·       Tow Motor Certification

Typical Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8 hours a day, including prolonged standing or sitting. Some bending, stooping, stretching, and twisting is required.
• Requires full range of motion including eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Able to wear required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working as required by the job.

 Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and could include weekends, evenings and/or holidays - flexibility is required as job duties demand.
