You’ll become a true product expert, leveraging your communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to ensure every project runs smoothly. Working closely with both direct and indirect sales channels, you’ll build strong partnerships, collaborate across disciplines, and help bring innovative aquatic solutions to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Own your territory: understand the business, the customers, and the sales opportunities inside out.
- Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to accelerate opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strategically guide customers through the buying process, influencing outcomes and driving results.
- Review project documentation, verify completeness, and validate feasibility to kick off internal processes efficiently.
- Manage CRM opportunities, create proposals, and maintain accurate project data.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their unique operational needs to ensure success.
What We’re Looking For:
- University or college degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally within a complex sales environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Data-driven thinker who leverages insights to guide decisions and deliver results.
- Perfectly fluently bilingual in French and English is a must. (Advanced level of English is required.)
