Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various manufacturing processes and be adept at using precision measuring instruments. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and the production of high-quality products. The Operator will work closely with other team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards. We are looking for someone with experience with sinker EDM machines.

Duties

• Set up and operate multiple sinker EDM machines. (Ingersol and Makino)
• EDM operator edits programs for precision machinery.
• EDM operator monitors machines during production runs to adjust machine controls and prevent errors.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read micrometers, gauges and calipers.

Qualifications

· EDM Operator experience in plastic injection molds or tooling industry

· Strong understanding of mold building and plastic injection processes

· Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
