Vorenza Rental Cars is hiring a Fleet Coordinator / Vehicle Operations Associate to help manage and keep our rental fleet ready for the road.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, moves fast, and takes pride in keeping vehicles clean, organized, and fully prepared for customers. You will help with vehicle check-ins and checkouts, cleanings, deliveries, fluid top-offs, and overall fleet readiness. This role is important because it helps us take on more cars and continue growing the business.
This is not a sit-around role. We want someone who shows up, handles responsibility, pays attention to detail, and helps us keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with rental vehicle check-ins and checkouts
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, fuel level, mileage, and overall condition
- Clean and prepare vehicles for the next rental
- Perform fluid top-offs and basic vehicle readiness checks
- Help keep the fleet organized, parked properly, and ready for use
- Coordinate vehicle movements between locations, cleanings, service, and customer handoffs
- Report any damage, warning lights, maintenance issues, or missing items immediately
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and work areas
- Support the team in keeping turnaround times fast and vehicles customer-ready
- Bonus if able to assist with light mechanical work or basic automotive repairs
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to drive and move different types of vehicles confidently
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to be on your feet, move vehicles, and handle physical tasks throughout the day
- Automotive, fleet, rental car, dealership, detailing, or service experience is a plus
- Mechanical experience is a major plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
