We’re Hiring: Help Desk / Field Technician (Tri-State Area – PA, DE, NJ)
We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician who can handle both remote support and on-site field work across the PA/DE/NJ region. This role requires someone who can collaborate with a team while also operating independently to solve problems in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote help desk support (hardware, software, networking)
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve computer, network, and peripheral issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and network equipment
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate with clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across PA, DE, and NJ
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills:
- Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory
- Networking (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
