What are you going to do?
The Delivery Coordinator serves as a critical link between customers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of parts, tooling, and equipment. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, verifying customer and equipment information, and preparing accurate quotes using SAP, electrical and mechanical drawings, and equipment history data. The Delivery Coordinator proactively follows up on open quotations, identifies opportunities to upsell products and services, and communicates order status, lead times, and shipment updates to customers.
In addition, the Delivery Coordinator coordinates domestic and international shipments, prepares and reviews import/export documentation, and ensures compliance with applicable trade regulations. This includes classifying products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), coordinating with freight carriers and customs brokers, and resolving shipping-related issues to support efficient global deliveries. The role also manages customer returns, maintains accurate lead times within the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system, and works closely with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
The successful candidate will participate in cross-training activities to support warehouse operations, assist with office coverage through a rotating schedule, and identify any issues that may impact customer satisfaction, delivery performance, or business operations. The Delivery Coordinator is expected to recommend process improvements, maintain a high level of customer service, and perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization's operational and customer service objectives.
We ask
- Experience classifying products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
- Knowledge of international import/export processes and trade compliance
- Experience in using SAP application preferred
- Computer proficiency required (i.e., Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, etc.) at least one year
- Technical, mechanical, electrical, aptitude is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate clear attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
