Essential Functions
- Drives bus to transport passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule.
- Regulates heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort.
- Complies with local traffic regulations.
- Reports delays or accidents.
- Checks the condition of a vehicle's tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
- Follows written and verbal geographic directions.
- Regulates heating, lighting, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.
- High School Diploma or GED
- CDL with P Endorsement is preferred.
- CDL is required.
