Position: Woodworking CNC Tech
Location: Denver, Colorado
Reports To: Head of Production
Department: Production
As a Woodworking CNC Tech, you’ll bring precision, care, and attention to the creation of top-tier cabinetry parts. Your craftsmanship will be the foundation of what our clients see, touch, and live with every day. Working closely with the Shop Foreman, you’ll not only operate multiple CNC machines, but you will also have opportunities to assist in cabinetry assembly, custom woodwork fabrication, and materials & delivery operations.

What You’ll Do:
Cabinetry CNC Part Production

- Operate CNC machinery (router, edgebander, dowel machine, etc) to ensure accurate and consistent production of cabinet components.
- Sort and deliver parts to assembly production
- Interpret and review Work Order instructions and cut lists for optimal material usage and precision cutting.
- Support the Shop Foreman to hit internal deadlines and adapt to dynamic project schedules
- Operate CNC machinery (router, edgebander, dowel machine, etc) to ensure accurate and consistent production of cabinet components.
Cabinetry Assembly Tech

- Assemble custom cabinetry components with clean lines, flawless alignment, and uncompromising quality
- Conduct inspections for fit, finish, and readiness before staging for delivery
- Support the Assembly Foreman to hit internal deadlines and adapt to dynamic project schedules
- Assemble custom cabinetry components with clean lines, flawless alignment, and uncompromising quality
Custom Fabrication Tech

- Operate speciality woodworking tools to fabricate custom parts from sheet goods and solid wood that cannot be achieved through CNC fabrication.

Materials & Delivery Tech

- Participate in the receiving and inventory of raw materials and hardware as well as the staging and loading of finished goods
- Help maintain a clean and safe shop and warehouse

Work Environment:

- Majority of your time will be spent in Vonmod’s climate-controlled shop and warehouse
- Occasional studio meetings and some travel to jobsites and/or vendors
- Fast-paced, hands-on workflow with strong team communication
- Safety-first environment with ergonomic tools and organized workspaces
