Position: Project Manager
Location: Denver, Colorado
Reports To: Head of Studio
Department: Studio
The Project Manager is a linchpin at Vonmod—leading designer-driven, custom cabinetry projects from kickoff through installation. You’ll bridge architecture, engineering, production, and installation, ensuring that projects run on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You are both strategist and steward, guiding project flow and stewarding client relationships.

What You’ll Do: Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop project execution strategies from concept to completion
- Gather information, define scope, and coordinate trades and internal teams
- Set deadlines, manage scope/design changes, and track all delivery logistics
- Address potential risks before they impact timelines
Project Execution & Quality
- Ensure a smooth transition of projects through Drafting/Engineering, Production, and Install
- Uphold quality control standards across the entire project lifecycle
- Lead internal meetings: PL onboarding, pre-production, and pre-install
Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor budgets, profit margins, and labor allocations
- Propose payment schedules, generate invoices, and track financial documentation
- Conduct project closeouts and monitor accounts receivable
OACV Communications
- Serve as lead point of contact for Owners, Architects, and Contractors
- Provide clear updates, resolve conflicts, and keep communication flowing
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, field reports, and schedules
- Handle client feedback and any warranty-related follow-up

What Success Looks Like:
Each week, you’ll track progress on the following measurables:
- 100% of projects progressing on-schedule and on-budget
- 100% client and contractor meetings held with clear deliverables
- 100% of project documentation up-to-date and accurate
What You’ll Need:
- 3 years of project planning in construction or a design/build environment
- 1 year of experience with architectural modeling or documentation
- Team leadership experience (3 direct/indirect reports)
- Fluency in the architectural process and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Tools You’ll Use:
- Innergy (ERP CRM), Cabinet Vision, Rhino 3D
- Proposify, PDF Studio Pro, Google Suite
Environment & Expectations:
- 90% of your time will be based at our Denver Studio
- ~10% of time on-site at projects for walkthroughs and quality checks
- While projects are in production, your presence in the warehouse studio ensures quick answers and high-touch quality control
