Position: Materials & Delivery Coordinator
Location: Denver, Colorado
Reports To: Head of Production
Department: Production
As the Materials & Delivery Coordinator, you will drive the flow of raw materials and finished products—from receiving raw goods and hardware to staging finished cabinetry and coordinating their safe delivery to job sites. You’ll ensure every component is properly organized, protected, and accounted for at each stage of the process. Working closely with the Project Managers, Head of Production, Head of Install, and the Shop & Assembly Foremen, you’ll plan, stage, and execute efficient material and product movement that keeps projects running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll maintain the highest standards of quality, organization, and safety across the warehouse, vehicles, and job sites.

What You’ll Do:
Staging Coordination

- Organize and prepare all products for delivery with a focus on protection and efficiency
- Create logical layouts for loading, access, and sequencing
- Confirm each product is accounted for, labeled, and in top condition
- Keep the warehouse staging area clean, safe, and ready for action
- Organize and prepare all products for delivery with a focus on protection and efficiency
Delivery Oversight

- Supervise asnd perform loading/unloading at Vonmod and at job sites and ensure nothing is missed or damaged
- Work with Install Leads and PMs to align sequencing and placement of materials
- Communicate clearly with clients, GCs, and internal team about any delivery issues
- Operate Vonmod vans and trailers safely and reliably

Raw Material & Hardware Coordination

- Perform receiving, fulfillment, and organization of raw materials and hardware.
- Support shop material staging
- Assist with inventory tracking and control.
- Perform receiving, fulfillment, and organization of raw materials and hardware.
Production & Install Assist

- Assist in Assembly and Shop production tasks as required
- Join install teams to help with site delivery, layout, and basic cabinet install steps
- Support tool inventory and vehicle readiness with Install Leads
- Assist in Assembly and Shop production tasks as required
You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have 2 years of logistics or warehouse experience (cabinetry experience a plus)
- Can lift, maneuver, and secure high-end materials with care and strength
- Are comfortable driving cargo vans and towing trailers
- Communicate clearly and problem-solve when plans change
- Stay organized and calm, even with multiple moving parts
- Hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Have 2 years of logistics or warehouse experience (cabinetry experience a plus)
What Success Looks Like:

- Deliveries completed on schedule and damage-free
- Staging area maintained to Vonmod standards
- Delivery checklists, documentation, and updates complete and accurate

Work Environment:

- Based in our warehouse with regular travel to job sites across the Front Range and Colorado towns
- Typical projects span from Englewood to Boulder, with some overnight travel to Vail, Aspen, Fort Collins, etc. (per diem lodging provided)
- This is a physical role with lifting, loading, and hands-on support expected daily
- Company vehicles provided for all job-related transportation
- Based in our warehouse with regular travel to job sites across the Front Range and Colorado towns
