Position: Cabinetry Install Tech

Location: Denver, Colorado
Reports To: Head of Install
Department: Install

As an Install Tech, you’ll support our Install Leads in bringing detailed cabinet installations to life. You’ll help place panels, scribe to fit, fine-tune alignment, and ensure everything on site reflects Vonmod’s signature quality. Your role is critical in making sure each project is delivered with care, precision, and professionalism.  At Vonmod, production is viewed as an extension of Install and vice versa.  As the workflow creates bottlenecks in production, you will assist the production team in getting cabinetry through production.

What You’ll Do:

• Cabinetry Installation
  • Assist with cabinet, panel wall, and appliance panel installs
    
  • Scribe, fit, adjust, and tune custom elements with accuracy
    
  • Follow install plans and field measurements precisely
    
  • Support on-site safety and maintain a clean, efficient work area 

• Cabinetry Production Assist
  • Cabinetry Assembly
  • Custom Fabrication
  • CNC shop operation
  • Materials & Delivery Support

This will be a great seat for you if:

• You are familiar with casework or millwork installation (cabinetry experience preferred)
  
• Can read and interpret basic shop drawings and install specs
  
• Are comfortable with physical jobsite work, including lifting and loading 
  
• Have a strong work ethic and bring integrity and focus to each site
  
• Want to grow into higher-level install roles over time

What Success Looks Like:

• Each week, you’ll support team goals like:
  • 100% of installs progressing on schedule
    
  • 100% of tools and vehicle inventory maintained and job-ready
    
  • 100% of install touch-ups completed without callback

Work Environment:

• ~85% of your time will be on project sites (mostly between Englewood and Boulder)
  
• ~20% of projects may include travel to areas like Colorado Springs, Vail, or Aspen
  
• Out-of-town installs are weekday-only with lodging, per diem, and rotations planned around personal schedules
  
• All transportation to sites is provided from Vonmod HQ
