What you'll do:
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive product adoption and exceed performance objectives
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with neurologists, healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and key stakeholders across your territory
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence through thoughtful account planning and customer engagement
• Navigate complex healthcare systems, including payer and reimbursement landscapes, to support patient access
• Utilize data, insights, and strong business acumen to optimize territory performance
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and operate with the highest standards of compliance and professionalism
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales success within specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or diagnostic sales
• 5 years of documented sales success with a consistent history of achieving or exceeding goals
• Neurology or epilepsy experience preferred, but high-performing candidates from other specialty markets will be considered
• Experience working within specialty pharmacy, HUB services, or product launch environments is highly desirable
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated individuals who embrace accountability, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset
