Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking an ambitious and driven Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to join our client’s high-growth teams in both their Dallas and Fort Worth offices. This is a full time, 1099 commission-only opportunity designed for entrepreneurial individuals eager to learn the investment real estate industry and build long-term wealth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with clients looking to buy and sell distressed single-family investment properties, primarily targeting real estate investors such as flippers and rental property owners. You will work on a team of 40 agents, with the team lead being the Acquisition Agent who sources and finds the properties, and you and the other sales agents on your team will be responsible for sourcing the investors/clients looking to purchase single-family investment properties. You’ll be responsible for marketing exclusive off-market properties to your investor clients through various channels such as cold calling, social media, email marketing campaigns, Craigslist, networking events, and other creative outreach strategies. Since these deals aren’t listed on the MLS, success will depend on your ability to think outside the box and proactively build your book of business. You’ll receive leads, hands-on training, and access to a company-supported CRM (Salesforce) in addition to other proprietary company-built technologies. After the 1st week, you’ll be on the phones building relationships and generating deals. It is highly encouraged to attend the in-office meetings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 AM to stay informed on new deals and opportunities rolling out that day and throughout the week. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where everyone starts in sales and has the opportunity to grow into Acquisitions or Senior Advisor roles. Required Skills And Background

  • Must obtain a Texas Real Estate License (coursework takes ~30 days; must be complete within 45 days)
  • Please note: the cost of licensing is the candidate’s responsibility; it is not covered by the client.
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area
  • 100% commission-based (1099)
  • Strong communication, resilience, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls, attending networking events, and managing investor relationships
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and competitive
  • Must complete Cultural Index survey prior to interview
  • Familiar with online marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist), cold calling, and email outreach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales or real estate experience
  • Ability to manage a large database and self-generate leads
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed
